Meet the Weiss Technik Team Based in Ireland
We’re pleased to introduce the team driving Weiss Technik’s growing presence here in Ireland. With dedicated expertise on the ground, our Irish customers can now enjoy closer support, stronger relationships and tailored solutions for their environmental testing and climate simulation needs.
Nigel Kilduff – Business Development Manager
Nigel joins Weiss Technik Ireland as our Business Development Manager, bringing over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector. Starting his career as a Service Engineer, he quickly gained hands-on knowledge of complex systems before moving into Service Management and later direct sales, building a reputation for trusted, solution-led partnerships.
With his combination of technical expertise and commercial insight, Nigel helps customers navigate regulatory requirements, qualification challenges, and performance expectations with confidence. In his own words, “I bring a strong technical background and a customer-first approach. I’ll move mountains to make our customers happy.”
Outside of work, Nigel is passionate about Muay Thai, mountain biking, cars, motorcycles and competitive kart racing across the UK, Isle of Man and Ireland. Naturally, he also enjoys a good pint of Guinness.
Conor O’Regan – Service Technician
Conor joins Weiss Technik Ireland as a dedicated Service Technician, bringing hands-on experience and a practical, problem-solving approach. He began his engineering career in 2010 with Tesco as a refrigeration and air conditioning apprentice and has since supported major retailers including M&S, Tesco, and Co-Op with expert maintenance and technical service.
With deep family ties in Ireland, Conor was keen to advance his career on home soil. He said,
“The role offered a fresh direction and a new challenge. I’m genuinely excited to join Weiss Technik Ireland at such an exciting time and hope to play a key role in helping the company grow here.”
